You may return all, undamaged items sold and fulfilled by the Stainless Living site within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will be charged a 35% re-stocking fee. To return custom orders, please contact us. Some custom items cannot be returned. Thank you.
