Rigidized® patterns are available on all stainless steel and copper materials, the most common of which are listed below.

Stainless Steel

Once used exclusively in industrial and architectural applications, stainless steel is increasing in popularity for in-home design. It's an attractive alternative to more traditional materials, providing many benefits, especially in kitchen and bathroom designs:

  • A hygienic surface for food preparation. The unique surface has no pores or cracks in which to harbor dirt or bacteria and is extremely easy to clean.
  • Looks beautiful and requires minimal care. The attractive surface reflects light, giving a brighter look to any room. It also won't dent, ding or rust easily.
  • Durable and environmentally responsible. With proper care, a stainless steel surface has a life expectancy of more than 100 years, and it is completely recyclable.

Rigidized® Metals stainless steel is available for custom orders and as ready-made tiles and backsplashes. It can be used for architectural, commercial and residential applications.

  • All grades of stainless steel available including 301, 304, 316, 316L, and 430.
  • All finishes of stainless steel available including 2B, Satin/#4, Bright Annealed, Mirror, Painted and Highlighted.

Copper

Copper surfaces have been used for generations in architectural, commercial and residential design. It provides many of the same benefits of stainless steel, along with a rich, warm glow that complements modern, traditional and country décor.

  • Malleable to your design. Besides plain pattern, it is available in many unique textures, and is extremely easy to shape, making installation simple.
  • A hygienic surface for food preparation. The unique surface has no pores or cracks in which to harbor dirt or bacteria and it is extremely easy to clean.
  • Changes over time. Copper is a "living surface," in that it changes color over time and produces an attractive, distressed look.

Rigidized® Metals copper is available for custom orders and as ready-made tiles and backsplashes. It can be used in architectural, commercial and residential applications.

  • All have a designated minimum copper content of 99.3% or higher.
  • Many different textures and finishes available to meet your design needs.
